The Prismatone Preamp "FrankenBox"

Meet our preamp "Frankenbox."  When we set out to reinvent the original 60s epoxied preamp for Prismatone Pickups one of our smarter acoustic engineers built this nifty preamp switchbox to hold both an original preamp and our new versions so we could get a live A/B comparison. 

We knew we had gotten our preamp right when we couldn't hear a difference between one or the other preamp come out of the Prismatone guitar when powered up through the solid state amp and playing a Prismatone-equipped guitar..
